Common questions
My verification is still pending
Most applications are reviewed within 48 hours. Registry lanes clear in minutes; a badge photograph is read by a person. You can browse while you wait, and the app notifies you when it clears.
I forgot my password
Tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen. A code is emailed to the address on the account and expires in twenty minutes.
I want to report something
Every post, comment, message and sound has a report option behind the ⋯ menu. Reports reach a moderator, and objectionable content is removed within 24 hours. You can also block any member from the same menu, which hides you from each other completely.
I want to delete my account
Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, posts and messages. Anonymous confessions and shift ratings have no author recorded against them and cannot be traced back to delete individually.
Something in a daily challenge question looks wrong
Flag it from the question itself. Two flags suspend a question automatically until it has been checked.
